Nearest Town from this village is Miryalguda. To reach this village there is no bus facility. This village is named after Kandukuri Koti Reddy, who is commonly known as Kotayya. Main occupation of the people in this village is agri-based. Most of the people are Hindus. There is no school and hospital in this village. This is a typical village in India, which is far from development.
There will be not more than 50 families in this village. There are many villages neighbouring to this and these are not as much smaller compared to this Kotayyahgudem, but even our village inspires neighbouring villages.
