Chellapalli is a village and mandal in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. Chellapalli is about 50 km from Vijayawada and 20 km from Machilipatnam. Buses are available from Vijayawada.
There is palace called Challpalli Kota built by Challapalli Raja. Bells are rung every hour in this palace for the public to know the time from olden times and continues even today. It is believed that one can see the Kanakadurga Durga temple of Vijayawada and there is a tunnel beneath the ground from this palace to the Kanakadurga temple. There is a sugar factory about 2 km away from this village which was built by Challapalli Raja. He also built a high school in this village. There is a communist stupam in this village.
