Thallacheruvu is a small and buatiful village located 5 km away from Atchampet. It is named so because there are 5 lakes (cheruvu means lake/pond) and many palm trees (thadi means palm tree). There are around 5000 people living in the village. The people belong to Catholic community. The village is surrounded by mountains on three sides and river on the east side. People over here cultivate paddy, chilli and cotton for their living. There are good number of students who are educated in different streams, and settled down in various parts of the world. People over here are warm, haspitable and are friendly. The people in the village have very good relation to each other. Most of them are relatives living together spreading harmony and peace in the entire village. There is R.C.M church, Eliminary scholl and High scholl over here. There is a school founded by the St Ann's sisters. Its absolutely a buetiful place to live in.
