This village is really a beautiful place which is surrounded with mountains. Famous places like Thimmappa konda (famous hanuman temple) is in Kalyandurg mandal. Sri AKKAMMA GARI DEVASTHANAM is 1 km away from Kalyandurg. People here all believe that she is a powerful
goddess.The people who visited accepts that no other place in Anantapur district is as cool as Kalyandurg. It is at the border of Karnataka state. It is currently in developing stage.
