Kareena Kapoor certainly isn’t afraid of speaking her mind, and does so at every opportunity. Known as Bebo, she shot to instant fame in 2000’s ‘Refugee’ and hasn’t been out of the spotlight since. She has been widely praised for her role as a prostitute in ‘Chameli’, and has a number of high-profile releases.
Kareena hasn’t endeared herself to the Bollywood community, with unfavourable comments about Salman Khan’s acting ability, and much-publicised spats with Bobby Deol, Preity Zinta, producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Her feud with Amisha Patel is public knowledge and Bipasha Basu has already complained of Kareena’s bitchiness. Nevertheless, producers still flock to her door and the fans only seem to adore her more.
She loves horseback riding and cooking (she loves Chinese, Italian and Thai food), and has studied law. Kareena values honesty and frankness (well, we can see that) and says she hates liars and hypocrites.
A true romantic, Kareena says she believes in love at first sight and describes her ideal mate as someone who will make her laugh. She’s been linked to Shahid Kapur, her 'Fidaa' co-star, but says they’re “just friends” (we’ve all heard that one before) and has also expressed her admiration for sexy Shahrukh Khan, with whom she starred in 'Asoka'.
